These Terms & Conditions govern the use of HelpingPainters.com and the purchase of services provided by Helping Painters. By accessing this website or purchasing any service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or purchase our services.

1. Services Provided

Helping Painters provides digital services and digital content only, including but not limited to:

  • Google Business Profile service descriptions

  • Posting systems for Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, and X

  • Educational resources and implementation guidance

  • Posting content and structured execution systems

All services are delivered electronically. No physical goods are provided.

2. No Guarantees or Promises of Rankings

Helping Painters does not guarantee:

  • Google Map Pack placement

  • First-page rankings

  • Specific ranking positions

  • Increased calls, leads, or revenue

Google controls all rankings and visibility decisions. Results depend on market competition, profile condition, execution consistency, and factors outside our control.

Any timelines, projections, or examples provided are estimates only, not guarantees.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business information

  • Correctly implementing provided content (for DIY services)

  • Maintaining consistency with posting schedules

  • Following provided instructions and guidance

For Done-For-You services, clients must provide required access as outlined below.

4. Account Access & Ownership

For DIY services, no account access is required.

For Done-For-You posting services, the client agrees to:

  • Add Helping Painters as a manager to their Google Business Profile

  • Provide access to Facebook, Instagram, and X business pages as needed

Clients retain full ownership and control of all accounts at all times.

Helping Painters:

  • Does not claim ownership of any account

  • Does not lock clients out of their profiles

  • Can be removed as a manager at any time

If platform permissions cannot be granted, secure login credentials may be requested and handled privately after purchase.

5. Content Usage & Licensing

All content created by Helping Painters is licensed for use by the purchasing business only.

You may not:

  • Resell the content

  • Redistribute the content

  • Use the content for other businesses

  • Publish the content as your own product

All content remains protected intellectual property of Helping Painters unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if work has not started.

Once any of the following begins, all sales are final:

  • Content creation

  • Analysis

  • Writing

  • Strategy preparation

Due to the custom and digital nature of the services, refunds are not available after work has commenced.

7. Delivery of Services

After purchase:

  • Delivery instructions will be sent via email

  • Content is delivered electronically

  • Delivery timelines vary based on service type and workload

Clients are responsible for checking their email and following provided instructions.

8. No Agency Relationship

Helping Painters is not an advertising agency and does not:

  • Run paid ads

  • Provide lead guarantees

  • Manage full marketing campaigns

  • Offer website development unless explicitly stated

We provide structured content systems designed to support Google Business Profile visibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

Helping Painters is not liable for:

  • Ranking changes

  • Loss of visibility

  • Business performance outcomes

  • Algorithm updates

  • Account suspensions caused by actions outside our control

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased service.

10. Changes to Services or Terms

Helping Painters reserves the right to:

  • Update services

  • Modify offerings

  • Revise these Terms & Conditions

Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state of operation.
